Lee Scarbrow has developed a reputation as one of Britain's top golf coaches.
He first started working with Charley Hull when she was 10 years old, mainly on her short game.
Based at John O'Gaunt Golf Club in Bedfordshire, Lee's innovative approach to coaching provides hundreds of players at all levels with assistance.
Lee can call over 20 years experience in the game. A former full-time player, Lee competed on the Sunshine Tour in South Africa as well contesting events on satellite circuits in Britain.
Closer to home, Lee has been a stalwart of the PGA East Region - he was its captain in 1995 - winning several of their sanctioned Pro-Am's over the years.
Since the early 1990s Lee has used his own player's insight, coupled with an instinctive grasp for tuition, to teach everyone from total beginners to European Tour stars.
His most famous pupil has been Ian Poulter, a former assistant of his at Leighton Buzzard Golf Club.
Under Lees auspices, Poulter lit up the European Tour becoming its Rookie Of The Year in 2000.
The latest young guns to roll off the Scarbrow production line are Simon Lilley and Mark Smith. Both have become PGA EuroPro Tour champion and there could be more to come.
Scarbrow currently has half-a-dozen of his pupils on one of Europe's leading developmental circuits and his latest winner was James Ruebotham, who is blazing a trail in his first year as a pro.
Lee also has a nucleus of top-level amateur golfers in his stable. John Kemp, a two-time winner of the British Mid-Amateur and Open Championship qualifier, has been a long-term Scarbrow pupil, while at one stage the man from John O'Gaunt taught seven different County champions.
His coaching ambitions revolve around becoming one of Europe's top tutors, while the icing on the cake would be to produce a Major winner.
